Refund Policy

Smart Dentistry Solution's Return Policy

Our products are backed by a money back guarantee.  We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, refunds or exchanges may be offered on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging. Any promotional items which were sold or purchased together, (such as buy one, get one free) must also be returned in the same way in which they were purchased.  Partial refunds may be issued on a case by case basis at our discretion.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back unless and until requested to do so by a Smart Dentistry Solution's Representative.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund and have been waiting longer than 1 week, check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  Processing times may vary depending on your bank.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please call us at +1.888.819.5536.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We stand by the quality of our products and will gladly replace items deemed to be defective or damaged.
